• The electronic magazine is published with a frequency of 4 issues per year.
• Materials for publication in the Journal are accepted from authors during the calendar year without restriction, but in one issue of the Journal can be published no more than two articles by one author.
• The materials are published in the order of priority after receiving the positive opinion of the reviewer on the possibility of publication (in some cases, by the decision of the Chief Editor, may be published out of turn, in the nearest issue of the journal).
• During 2 months the authors should remove the comments and suggestions of the reviewer from the moment they are sent to the author of the Journal for correspondence.
• Articles not recommended for publication by the reviewer and rejected by the decision of the editorial board of the Journal, can be considered again only if it is substantially revised by the author, on the rights of the newly received author.
