Articles submitted by authors to the editorial board of the Journal must meet the following requirements

  • correspond to the subject matter of the Journal;
  • the article should be designed according to the requirements;
  • the article should be original (contain at least 70% of the unique text) not published earlier (the Journal Editorial Board reserves the right to terminate cooperation with authors who have provided previously published and (or) posted on the Internet);
  • the article of the material should not contain information classified as a State secret or as part of the official information of limited distribution, or other information not subject to publication in accordance with the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
